Billy Tullos Obituary Billy Wayne Tullos, 86, of Lubbock passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. in the McAdoo Cemetery in McAdoo, Texas with Mr. Bob Dupont, Hospice Chaplain officiating. Billy was born on September 28, 1938 in Spur, Texas to Oma and Alma Tullos. He proudly served in both the U.S. Navy and U.S. Army from 1955-1964. After serving his country, he returned home and worked for Lubbock, Power, and Light for 31 years before retiring in 2000. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Sarah and Kathy; brother, Lewis. Billy is survived by his brothers, Marvin "Buck" Tullos of Lubbock and Robert Tullos of Georgia. Services
