Billie Norman Obituary Bille Kay Norman passed from this life Saturday, November 3, 2012 in Lubbock, TX. She was born Monday, December 11, 1939 to William and Mattie (Bell) Murdock in Lubbock, TX. She married Calvin Eugene Norman on Wednesday, December 11, 1957 in Lubbock, Texas. Calvin passed away July 27, 2006. Billie was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Kay Norman of Lubbock, two Granddaughters Kayla Frediani and Megan Norman of Lubbock; a grandson, Jimmy Lee Hale of Lubbock; a great grandson, Nicholas Calvin Brewer of Lubbock; two brothers, William Durwood Murdock and wife Sue of Lubbock, and Harvey Murdock and wife Freda of Lubbock; two sisters, Wanda Murdock-Shockley of Lubbock, and Betty Murdock-Richards and husband Jim of Lubbock; seven nieces, Rhea Shockley-Pike and husband Dan and their sons Josh and Donnie of Monroe, Washington, Gina Jones and husband Johnny and their son Dane of Wilson, Texas, Monica Barnes and husband Steve and their daughters Shelly and Marcia of Arlington, Texas, Carol Lee Shockley-Chambers and her children Benjamin, Isaac, and Annabelle of Fort Worth, Texas, Christie Richards-Spradling and husband Charles and their sons Dylan, Tyler, and Logan of Fort Meyers Beach, Florida, Dana Melrath-Phillips and her sons Christopher and Tanner of Lubbock, Texas, and Emily Murdock of Plano, Texas; four nephews, Rick Murdock and wife Cindy and their children Ronnie, Austin, and Nicole of Wolfforth, Texas, James Anthony Richards and his sons James and Jason of Lubbock, Texas, Andy Murdock of Frisco, Texas, and Todd Murdock and wife Brenda and their children Nathan and Caitlyn of Clayton, North Carolina. A graveside service, to celebrate Billie's 72 years of life, is scheduled for 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at City of Lubbock Cemetery, with Ken Horn officiating. The family will greet friends from 5:00-7:00 P.M., Monday, November 5, 2012 at Agape Funeral Chapel 6625 West 19th Street, Suite 103, Lubbock.
