Arhtur Siemens Obituary Arhthur P Siemens, Jr., of Roswell, New Mexico, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2012, in Lubbock, Texas. He was born Sunday, June 22, 1947 in Los Angeles California to Arthur Sr. and Philena (Davis) Siemens. Arthur served in the United States Navy from 1970 to 1974. He is survived by his wife Mercedes (Dumanan) Siemens, a son Scott, and a daughter Anastacia. A memorial service to celebrate Arthur's 64 years of life will be scheduled at a later date.
