Julie Ann Schooler

Julie Ann Schooler of Lubbock, peacefully passed away at her home on Friday, November 29, 2019.  While they will miss her dearly, her family is rejoicing that she has gone home to be with her Lord in Heaven!

Julie was born on March, 21, 1960, to Jessie David and Judy Ann (Lightford) Sinor.  She met her soulmate, Thomas “Tom” Schooler, in a high school math class, and they’ve been inseparable ever since.  They married on July 15, 1976, in Lubbock and had 43 blessed years together.  Tom was Julie’s priority and she loved him well!

Julie was a precious soul who was a blessing to all who knew her.  She is described by her family as the most loving, caring person you’ve ever met.  In addition to being a wonderful mother to her two children, Judith and Tommy, she was a “mother” to everyone around her.  She loved taking care of people and had a very generous heart!

Julie was preceded in death by her mother, Judy Sinor.  She is survived by her precious husband, Tom Schooler; her two children, Judith and Tommy Schooler, both of Lubbock; her father, Jessie Sinor, of Lubbock; 2 sisters, Teresa House and husband, Robert, of Rockwall, and Paula Dedon of Brandon, FL; 2 grandchildren and a great-grandchild on the way.
