Barbara Sue Neal

Barbara Sue was born on May 13, 1936, to Cecil H. Kidwell and Quilla E. (Mashburn) Kidwell in Fredrick, Oklahoma.  She is survived by her brother, Kenneth Kidwell and wife, Daralene; Brothers-in-law, J.E. Neal and wife Lavey; Bill Neal and wife, Chris; Sam Neal and wife, Betty; two sisters-in-law, Sue Russell and husband, Ray; and Doris Neal.  Her parents preceded her in death.

On April 17, 1993, Barbara married her soulmate and best friend in life, Bobby Gene Neal at Maxey Park in Lubbock, Texas.  Bobby preceded her in death on March 17, 2018.

Survivors include Two sons Darwin Barnett and wife, Ivette; John Barnett; daughter, Quilla and life partner, Carmen Carpenter;  step-daughter, Gyna Cole and husband, Davyd; Two step-sons, Don "Seb" Neal and wife, Kellie; Robert Eugene Neal; granddaughters, Erica Barnett; Giovanna Scott and husband, Zane; Bridgette Speary and husband, Zeb; Nicole Hernandez and husband, Luis; Amy Force and husband, Albert; Emily Sue Blankenship-Menchaca and husband, Tyler; Gretchen Lopez and husband, Jay; Hillary Miller, Aryn Smith, Kacy Smith  Abram and husband, Doug; Carly Smith; and five grandsons, Derek Barnett, and Matthew Barnett; Sean Barnett; Grady Barnett; Randy Barnett and wife, Maria;. 

Barbara was a multifaceted artisan in the kitchen, sewing machine, on canvas and many more genres.  She loved and was beloved by her family and friends.  Barb never met a stranger and she cherished travelling with Bob to spend time with aunts, uncles, brother, sisters, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.
